Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Order Fulfillment and Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently processed, prepped, and shipped, maintaining strong communication with our customers, and collaborating with vendors to support our social media and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and experience with marketing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
• Order Processing:
Accurately pick inventory items for customer orders, ensuring all components are correct and meet quality standards.
• Order Preparation:
Prepare and package orders for shipment, including assembling and customizing products as needed to meet customer specifications.
• Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels and order discrepancies. Notify management of any inventory shortages or issues.
• E-commerce System Updates:
Update our e-commerce system with order statuses, tracking information, and any changes in inventory levels.
• Customer Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders. Confirm order details, shipping information, and provide tracking updates. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely manner.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Proactively follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services.
• Marketing & Social Media Coordination:
Work closely with vendors to support and coordinate our social media and marketing efforts. Provide feedback on campaigns, approve content, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Vendor Collaboration:
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing strategies and social media content. Monitor progress and communicate any necessary adjustments to align with company goals.
• Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Shipping Coordination:
Work with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries, ensuring all shipments are processed on time and accurately.
• Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives for reference and reporting purposes.
• Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in both the fulfillment and customer service processes.
Qualifications
Required
• Love sports and/or competed in sports at a high level is preferred.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, customer service, marketing, or vendor management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and customer service tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Availability to work full-time, with flexibility in scheduling if needed.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in C#, Javascript and Azure to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both sports and technology, along with a solid understanding of Scrum project management practices. This is a local position, and remote-only applicants will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and Azure.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
– Participate in and contribute to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Ensure software compatibility across multiple environments, including Windows, iOS, and Linux.
– Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently to maintain optimal system performance.
– Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
