Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently processed, prepped, and shipped. The ideal candidate will be available to work mornings and will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Order Processing: Accurately pick inventory items for customer orders, ensuring that all components are correct and meet quality standards.
– Order Preparation: Prepare and package orders for shipment, including assembling and customizing products as needed to meet customer specifications.
– Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels and order discrepancies. Notify management of any inventory shortages or issues.
– E-commerce System Updates: Update our e-commerce system with order statuses, tracking information, and any changes in inventory levels.
– Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding their orders, including confirmation of order details, shipping information, and tracking updates. Address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
– Quality Control: Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure that they meet company standards and customer expectations.
– Shipping Coordination: Work with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries, ensuring that all shipments are processed on time and accurately.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and customer interactions for reference and reporting purposes.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications
Required
Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Physical ability to lift and move packages as required.
– Availability to work morning shifts.

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in C#, Javascript and Azure to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both sports and technology, along with a solid understanding of Scrum project management practices. This is a local position, and remote-only applicants will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and Azure.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
– Participate in and contribute to Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Ensure software compatibility across multiple environments, including Windows, iOS, and Linux.
